Meeting Logistics
Attendees must call in to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort to make their reservations. The number to call is 719.538.4000 or 1.800.428.8886. The deadline to make reservations is May 11, 2009. You must indicate that you are attending the MORE Program Director’s Meeting in order to get the group rates. The room rates are $195 per person per day. The rate includes room tax and facilities fees which cover local phone, in room Internet, bell and maid gratuities, daily newspaper, fitness center access and parking. There is shuttle service available to and from the airport for an additional fee ($18 one way or $30 round trip). If interested, please ask about this when making reservations. The registration fees include all meals and meeting materials during the meeting. Registration fee is $350 until May 4th. Late registration fee is $450 until June 5th. There will be no on-site registration.
