The Minority Opportunities for Research (MORE) Division of the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, NIH has as its goal to substantially increase the number of scientists from groups underrepresented in the biomedical and behavioral sciences that participate in the biomedical/behavioral research arena of the nation.  Every two years, the MORE Division holds a meeting for the Program Directors of the institutions whose student development programs are supported by MORE.  These include both public and private minority serving institutions such as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s), Hispanic serving institutions, other Minority serving institutions and Tribal Colleges.

The Principal Investigators/Program Directors will receive notification of the meeting by way of electronic invitation solely for IMSD, RISE, MARC, BRIDGES & PREP.  Please note this program is open to principals only and invitations are not transferable.  Inquiries regarding the MORE Program Director's Meeting may be sent to Gail Pinder, Local Arrangements Coordinator.
